6 time IATAN card holder and Gold Consultant Terera Smith, or Tee, is a day ONE pioneer member. She is a wife, a mom, a grandmother who is from Detroit, Michigan. Tee has worked full time in the healthcare industry the entire time she has been in travel, and is still able to give her clients the white glove treatment they have become accustomed to. Since February of 2016 Derrick McDaniel, has been a Travel Professional who loves to share with his family the Amazing World of Travel.  Because of this love, Derrick treats all of his clients like family and helps to share with them  the World of Travel one trip at a time. He is also an International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN) Card Holder and a Silver Consultant within our Company.   When Derrick is not traveling himself, he loves to help with personal and professional development training to encourage others to strive for success. Her relationship with travel planning started in her last year of high school. She planned a senior trip to Kalahari Resorts in Sandusky, Ohio. Most people may consider that small time but for this inner city Detroit kid, it was a catalysis that sparked curiosity into the travel industry. With a degree in Travel and Tourism, Shana is a diverse agent who loves to share her experience and knowledge. She was born in the Pacific Northwest and grew up her formative years in Alaska. Coming from a long line of wander lusters, Shana has traveled regionally and abroad.
